Owners repeatedly 'walk' their 2 dogs unleashed around a busy neighborhood. Owner repeatedly allows 2 unleashed dogs to run out of yard after pedestrians and into the intersection. The larger dog chases walkers, often attacking other leashed pets. Owner is dismissive of the law and unwilling to exercise responsible behavior when politely confronted. Many community members have expressed concern and had similar experiences where the larger Rottweiler rushes leashed pets and attacks. Their landlord should be notified asap as well as animal control. Ongoing community issue.
