    I'm not sure which dept to contact re:ongoing issue w/some of our alley neighbors filling dumpsters/dumping furniture/ appliances next to them. They're from 135-141 Callan using 134-140 Clyde's dumpsters. Tonight, my neighbor heard a scraping sound, looked out window & saw 3 men dragging white refrigerator across alley towards our dumpster. She asked them nicely to please not dump it there & they told her to 'shut up'. She asked again & explained that we get a fine. They did drag it back to their building. I would like to know who to contact & ask if this building even has enough trash cans for the occupants? I only see 3 total, but I know there's more than 3 units. Thank you, Roxie 847-624-8699
