There is a homeless encampment at 2050 Fairfield Ave., Bridgeport, CT. This property has a billboard tower on it. The weeds are overgrown and there is a homeless encampment on it. There is trash, a tent, shopping carts and garbage bags on this property. I have seen homeless people living there. This is the second time I've reported this problem and nothing has been done to clear this property. Thank you.
